SuG has posted announcements on their OHP and blogs that they will be going on activity pause after their December 29, 2012 "SuG Oneman Show 2012 'This iz 0'" performance at Kokuritsu Yoyogi Kyougijou Dai Ni Taiikukan. The announcements also state that this will be their last activity with PS Company management. The band has been active with PSC for six years.
The band statement indicates that SuG does plan to resume activity at a later date, after taking time to focus on improving their work. They view the parting as a positive move to reaffirm the vision of the band. The corporate announcement further indicates that the decision comes after numerous discussions with the band--seemingly regarding differing opinions about the direction of the band--and the parting seems amicable.
SuG plans to continue the "SuG TOUR 2012 'sweeToxic'" as scheduled. However, the SuG Official Facebook fan page will be closed on January 31, 2013.
