VelBet Final DVD Release 1/15

After announcing their intention to disband, VelBet have decided to release one final live DVD on January 15. This last DVD will be titled "Sekai de Mottomo Shifuku na Hi ~2013.8.24 Shinjuku BLAZE~" and it will include at least 22 tracks. DVD sales are limited to Jishuban Club, ZEAL LINK, Like an Edison, littleHEARTS, Brand X, and Skull Rose stores. There is a video spot for the DVD on the band's YouTube channel.

Velbet Will Disband in 2014

Velbet have announced via their OHP that they will be disbanding after their March 31, 3014 show at Shibuya O-WEST. The band apologizes for the sudden announcement, and cites musical differences as the reason behind the disbandment. After much discussion, they decided that the best option to address the gradual change in feeling among the members was to disband. In addition to the announcement, the individual members have all posted statements to their OHP. Velbet will be celebrating their fifth anniversary in January 2014.

Viju☆Love☆Cafe #26 Airs 8/4

Viju☆Love☆Cafe #26 will have its next webcast on Sunday, August 4 at 13:00 JST (convert time here). This month, Akemi Oshima and Biju-tan will host interviews and comments from:  DaizyStripper, Awake, Blitz, Makoto (†яi￠к, Λucifer), Aurora Yonin Musume, Ayumu & Shuuta (Glam Grammar), Crack6, Velbet, NINJAMAN JAPAN, ISDEAD, and Allumina (Brazil). The show's ending theme will be performed by NINJAMAN JAPAN.

Velbet New Album Release 8/14

Velbet will be releasing their first full album on August 14. The new album will be titled "-Яe:set-," and it will be released in two types. Check out the band's Special Movie page to see a 1:14 minute promotional video clip for the album.

Velbet New Releases

Velbet has announced via their OHP that they will soon be offering two new releases. On December 19, the band plans to release a new single titled "Mahoroba" in three types. For the new year, the band also plans to release another single called "Medicine." That single will be released in three types on January 30, 2013.

ViSULOG TV Airs 8/15

The next episode of ViSULOG TV will air on August 15. Guests will be KENZO (AYABIE); Ricky, ZERO, and TSUKASA (THE MICRO HEAD 4N'S); and Velbet. Special appearances are expected from Pockoon (former editor-in-chief of SHOXX and currently with ROCKSTAR) and Takaya (drummer from Romance for~).
