Wagakki Band Adds New York Appearance

Wagakki Band has added a live show appearance in New York to its upcoming tour schedule. The band will be appearing at Irving Plaza in New York on March 14. Avex has added a video announcement for the show in English to its official YouTube channel. The video also teases that the band has plans to visit the SxSW conference held in Austin, TX, though no exact details are given.

Anli Pollicino New DVD Release 2/14

Anli Pollicino have announced that they will be releasing a new DVD on February 14. The new DVD will be titled "STARGAZER ~Final Triangle~," and it will feature the band's November 29, 2015 show at Shinjuku ReNY. Track details are available on the band's OHP.

Villers la ville Debut Single

New band Villers la ville has just released their debut single at their Nishikujo BRAND NEW live show on January 24. The single is titled "S.S.S," and it contains two song tracks. The band's next live show will be February 19 at Holiday Osaka.

BORN Announces Disbandment

BORN has announced that they will stop activities after their live show at Zepp DiverCity on May 26. In a statement on the band's OHP, they say that they have lost heart and self-confidence since bassist KIFUMI left the band, and after many talks with management, they've decided to disband. The members have all posted personal comments about the decision. Guitarist Ray does not think he will pursue any other band activities after BORN. ANSIA Changes Name to NIA & New Release

ANSIA has announced that they are changing their name to NIA. Guitarist Jin Tateishi and drummer Hikari Fukamachi made the announcement on their blogs, and some members have changed their names on related social media accounts. Hikari also explains that the new name, pronounced like
"near," stands for "New Improved ANSIA." It is a step toward a new sound after three years of activity. He also announced that they will be releasing a new single as NIA, titled "PRAYER." The new single will be released on February 24.

ENVIOUS Announce Disbandment

New band ENVIOUS seems to have announced at the end of 2015 that they would be disbanding. The band's last live will be at Holiday Osaka on April 4. In announcements on members Joka and Masashi's blogs, they state that the decision was made after extensive talks with members and staff about values and their future direction.

inc.RIBON has updated their OHP with some important news. The band has announced that they intend to disband after their March 16 live at Ikebukuro EDGE. No specific reason is listed for the decision, but they do say that some members have chosen a different path for the future. The band's second single "Hitori Asobi" will be released on January 20.

PS Company has added a new band to its company, but one of the faces will be familiar to long-time fans. Vocalist and guitarist Sadamu Nakamura is ex-guitarist Ryoga from ViViD. Sclaim have uploaded a new video to their official YouTube channel. This time the group has added a cover of Acid Black Cherry's song "SPELL MAGIC." The band's first full album of original music, "Inverted eclipse," was released on June 30, 2015.
