Dog in the PWO & amber gris on dwangya Live 4/2

Dog in the PWO and amber gris will be appearing as featured guest artists on the next "dwangya Live" show on the Nico Nico Live website. The program will air on April 2 at 20:00 JST (convert time here). MC Takuya Hoshino will host the show. Time shifting is available for Nico Nico registered users who cannot watch the program as it airs live.

[Update] amber gris New Release Details

amber gris updated their news blog to include information about their upcoming releases. The band will be releasing a new two-track single titled "bright or blind" on December 5. Check out the PV short clip for this single in the blog update. They have also announced that they will release a new full album on February 27, 2013. That album will be the band's second.

Updated 11/20/12: amber gris have updated their OHP to include the name of the new album scheduled for release on February 27--"AROUND CHILDREN."

Band Feature: amber gris

amber gris is a 5-member band from Tokyo that formed in February 2009. From August to October of that year, the band played secret live sessions in Tokyo before beginning formal live activities. Their first live was in October at Takadonobaba AREA in Tokyo. amber gris had their first Oneman live on October 17, 2010.

The band released their first single, "Joku 8000ft -Shonen wa Tengoku e Todokunoka1-" on October 17, 2009. Since that single, they have released two maxi singles, one single, three artbook CDs, one mini album, one full album, and one live DVD. The band's next single, "The Collapsing Garden," will be released on June 27, 2012.

amber gris to Release Artbook CD

amber gris will be releasing an artbook CD on February 29. The new single, called "decadence," will feature two songs and a 16-page booklet. The band's OHP currently features a short video clip of live performances included on their latest live DVD release, "night walking toy soldiers," released on January 14 at live events and in the amber gris store. The band also appears in February's issue of Zilling vol. 3.

amber gris to Release New Single

amber gris will be releasing a new single in December. The new single, will be titled 『フラニーはご機嫌斜め / an Fade』 (Furani wa Go Kigen Naname). Order before December 10 to receive a special Christmas Edition of the single with a Christmas card and photo extras. Orders placed after that date will receive only the CD and photo set.
