On December 5, PENICILLIN will be releasing a new members' choice CD in celebration of their 20th anniversary. The new "20th Anniversary Member Selection Best PHOENIX STAR" album will be released in two types, and it compliments their "20th Anniversary Fan Selection Best DRAGON HEARTS" release on April 11.
