Chanty New Single Release 7/2

Chanty will be releasing their third single on July 2. The new single will be titled "Mabayui Hikari," and it will be released in two types. Track listings for both types are available on the band's OHP.

GANGLION U.S. Appearance & New Member

GANGLION will be making a live show appearance in the United States in 2014. The band has been signed as a guest artist to the Oni-Con XI convention, held between October 31 and November 2 in Galveston, Texas. The event is scheduled to take place at Galveston Island Convention Center. Details about their guest appearance have not yet been announced.

The band also announced their new member, ebi, on May 5 at Shibuya REX. ebi became the band's new bassist when former bassist Yui left for health reasons. Fans can follow her on Twitter and her Ameba blog.

Neverland 2 Consecutive Months of Releases

Neverland has announced that they will be issuing two consecutive months of releases, starting in June. On June 4, the band will release the single "CHILD CIRCUS" in two types. Then on July 30, they will release the next single, "Monopicture." A track list and short video spot for "CHILD CIRCUS" are currently available on the band's OHP.

SoniqRush. has announced that they will be releasing their second single sometime in July. While the exact release date and track list are not yet posted, the OHP lists the title as "Manifest." The band has included a short video spot for the new release on their official YouTube channel.

Music magazine ROCK AND READ has announced the list of artists who will be featured in volume 054, due to hit stores June 25. The front cover artist for this issue will be Sakurai Atsushi (BUCK-TICK). Other featured artists will be:  ka-yu (DAMIJAW), Kouki (D=OUT), Mao (Sadie), Ayame (Matenrou Opera), yo-ka (DIAURA), Jin (SCREW), Kayuu (v[NEU]), Ray (BORN), Kouichi (Kameleo), Sizna (Moran), and Yuuki (Lycaon).

WING WORKS DVD Release 6/4

WING WORKS will be releasing a new DVD on June 6. The new DVD will be titled "CINEMA WING-The Chronicle Movies -," and it will feature live footage and offshoot video from the artist's March 23 show at Takadanobaba AREA, as well as PVs for the songs "Silver," "VAD†MAN," and "Fushichou-FENNIX-." The artist has also included a 1:08 minute video spot for the release on his official YouTube channel.

An Cafe to Perform in Brazil

An Cafe have announced that they will be performing at Anime Friends in Brazil. Anime Friends 2014 will take place July 17-20 and 24-27 at Campo de Marte in São Paulo, Brazil. ViViD to Perform at Orlando Nerd Fest & Cancelled Performances

It has just been announced that ViViD will be performing at the Orlando Nerd Fest. The event takes place from August 7-11 at the Orlando Airport Marriott in Orlando, Florida. This event will mark the band's first performance in the U.S. Visit the event page for more details.

It has also been announced that four performances covering the next couple of weeks have been cancelled. Shows scheduled for Fukuoka, Namba, Nagoya, and Sapporo have been cancelled due to a hand injury for drummer Ko-ki. The musician had been experiencing discomfort in his wrist and hip since the band's tour in February, but the pain became acute during a recent rehearsal. A doctor determined that the musician had an injured ligament in his wrist, and that he would need to allow at least two weeks' rest for treatment and recovery. As a consequence, the band decided to cancel the four shows scheduled during that time to allow for his recovry. Full band statements can be found on the OHP.

vistlip Song Featured in Video Trailer

vistlip's new song "Jack" is currently featured in the new video trailer for the upcoming "Bakumatsu Rock" anime series. The song was chosen to be the opening theme for the new series produced by Marvelous AQL. The anime is based on a PSP adventure game of the same name, and features "Japan's civil war re-imagined as a rock battle between Shinsengumi and patriots." KAMIJO New Video Trailer

KAMIJO has added a new video trailer for his upcoming "Moulin Rouge" single to his OHP. The 46 second spot features an audio clip of the new song, as well as offshoot images and clips from the song's PV. The artist's "Moulin Rouge" single will be released in three types on June 18. GIGAMOUS New Single Release 8/6

Several months ago, GIGAMOUS announced that they would be issuing three consecutive months of releases, starting in June. The band has finally announced that in addition to "Platonic," coming out on June 4, and "Tokyo," coming out on July 9, they will release the third single in the trilogy on August 6. GIGAMOUS has not yet released the title for this single, but track listings and sales details are currently available for the first two. A 30 second video spot is featured on the band's OHP for the June "Platonic" release.

RevleZ Album Available to Download from iTunes & New Release

RevleZ has made their first mini album available to download via iTunes. Four tracks from "The Mask Not Dyeing" are currently available for $6.45 in the U.S. store. For availability and pricing in other countries, please check your local online store.

The band's third single, titled "Punishment," will be released on May 28. On June 25, they will release another version of the single with a music PV included on DVD.

Jackman Announces Disbandment

Jackman has announced that they will be disbanding this fall. In an announcement on their OHP, the bands states that they are sorry for disappointing the fans who have been cheering them on, but they will be stopping activity after their August 28, 2014 oneman show at Shinsaibashi VARON. X Japan has announced that they will be reuniting for a performance in New York City this fall. On October 11, 2014, the band will be playing at Madison Square Garden. Details of the show have not yet been released. In addition, there will be a new greatest hits compilation from the band released on June 17 to commemorate their 25th major anniversary. The "THE WORLD - X JAPAN Hatsu no Zensekai Best" will be released in two types. The compilation will contain remastered versions of their classic songs, as well as a live song commemorating hide.

Another Changes Name

New band Another has recently announced that they will be changing their name. In various blog and Twitter posts, band members have announced that as of May 2, they they will be changing their name to DIALITE. Changes to their social media and OHP accounts will soon begin to reflect the new name.
