ViSULOG has added a new comment video featuring Soan, Akuta, and Temari to its official YouTube channel. The three are collaborating on Soan Project, and they will have a new mini album release on February 1, 2017. That release will be titled "Seihitsu wo Seishi Seisuru Oto." The comment features the trio talking about the release and some live show appearances.

lynch. Member Arrested

lynch. staff announced via Twitter that one of the members of lynch. has been arrested. On November 22, bassist Akinori was arrested by Aichi Prefectural Police on a charge of "antisocial acts." The police and staff are currently investigating the facts of the matter, but in the meantime they have decided that the entire band will refrain from making any public appearances for the immediate future. Staff apologizes to the fans, and promises that they are taking the matter seriously and cooperating with the police investigation.

ROCK AND READ 069 Artists Revealed

Music magazine ROCK AND READ has announced the list of artists who will be featured in volume 069, due to hit stores December 7. The front cover artist for this issue will be Die (DIR EN GREY, DECAYS), and back cover artist will be Chiaki (DEZERT). Other featured artists will be:  maya (LM.C), yo-ka (DIAURA), Meto (MEJIBRAY), Ryo (baroque), Aki (Arlequin), teru (Blu-BiLLioN), YU-TA (HERO), Buu (ensoku), Ryuto (Lolita 23q), and seek (Psycho le Cemu, Mix Speaker's.Inc.).

L'Arc~en~Ciel New Single Release 12/21

L'Arc~en~Ciel have announced that they will release a new single on December 21. The new single will be titled "Don't be Afraid," and it may be released in three types. At least one edition will have a special cover where the image changes from humans to zombies as you tilt the cover. Track details aren't available yet.

zicross New Band and YouTube Channel

A new band called zicross has formed, and they have already opened an official website. The band currently features three members, and they have created a YouTube channel to promote their track titled "Iro Naki Kako." The videos can be found both on their OHP and on their official YouTube channel. The members are:  Kisaragi on vocals, Kazuki on guitar, and Hyoga on bass. The band is still taking applications for drummers.

NIA Announce Disbandment

NIA, formerly known as ANSIA, have announced that they will disband after their live show at Shibuya TSUTAYA O-WEST on December 20. In separate statements on the band's website, each member apologizes for the sudden announcement and asks for fans to support them up to the last live date. All members indicate that they might like to return to music someday, but none announce specific plans.

MeteoroiD Announce Disbandment

MeteoroiD have updated their English and Japanese websites with news that they will be disbanding after their show at Shibuya REX on February 11, 2017. They thank fans for supporting them thus far, but say that the "balance that [they] had perfectly preserved began to crumble." As a result, they decided to finish things while they were still "shining the brightest at this moment." They will disband on the exact anniversary of their formation. As a result of the decision, the band will not release a new mini album titled "83" as previously announced. They apologize for the sudden announcement. Bakuretsu! Nightmare Show Airs 11/15

Royz and Lack-Co will be the next featured guests on the web show called "Nico Viju." The show airs on the Nico Nico Live site on November 8 starting at 16:00 JST (time zone converter). RAVE Guitarist Passes Away

PS Company issued an official statement on RAVE's OHP that guitarist Mikuru passed away at 4:51 A.M. on October 26, 2016. The musician had been diagnosed with an undisclosed illness, and the band entered a hiatus period in August to allow him time to seek treatment and recover. The illness required long-term treatment, but it was always Mikuru's intention to return to band activities. The company and band thank fans for the support they showed to the guitarist. They also state that his relatives were able to attend his wake and funeral.

There will be a farewell meeting and celebration of Mikuru's life for fans in Fukuoka and Tokyo on November 14. Rave members will not be in attendance, but fans are encouraged to bring flowers. Details for those meetings are available on RAVE's OHP.

RAVE members ask fans for continued encouragement during this time, and they promise that they will continue activities full force in memory of Mikuru.

KRAD Leave Record Label

Krad have just announced that they have left their Rinkaku Record label. The band's contract ended on October 13, and they decided to leave the company. In a statement issued on their OHP, the band thanked the record company for giving them guidance and encouragement. They promise that they will take what they have learned and re-start with a new feeling. The band has created a new website where they will announce all news and events from now on.
