Gigamous Announces Hiatus

On December 1, Gigamous announced that they would be temporarily suspending activities. Vocalist Shiki announced that he would be leaving the band on March 31, 2017, and as a result, the band has decided to go on hiatus. The announcement indicates that Shiki has decided not to continue a career in music, but rather has a different path in mind for expressing himself. This feeling ultimately led him to this decision to leave the band. The band thanks fans for their support and apologizes for the sudden announcement. XEPPET New Band Announcement

XEPPET is a new band that made their debut on November 15 at Ikebukuro blackhole. The band doesn't seem to have an official website yet, but they do have an official Twitter account and a YouTube channel. Their YouTube channel currently features a digest video from their demonstration performance on November 15. Members are Yoshiaki on vocals, XIN on guitar, MZK on bass, and Takuto on drums. Member Twitter accounts are linked from the band's official account.

Azlina First Mini Album Release 12/28

Azlina will be releasing their first mini album on December 28. The mini album will be titled "coup de grace," and it will include six song tracks. A new release spot for it is available on the band's YouTube channel.

VAMPS Video Spot on YouTube

Universal Music Japan has added a new video for VAMPS to its official YouTube channel. The new video features a minute-long release spot for the duo's upcoming "History -The Complete Video Collection 2008-2014" DVD and Blu-ray release. That MV collection hits stores on December 14.

XIX -nineteen- New Band Announcement

A new band called XIX -nineteen- has formed. The group doesn't seem to have a formal website yet, but they have posted some introductory videos to their official YouTube channel. The band debuted on November 20 at Takadanobaba AREA. Members are NANA on vocals, Tomo and Juri on guitars, Kousuke on bass, and Isamu on drums.
