ViViD announced today via their OHP that they will be disbanding. In an announcement signed by company director Tomomi Ozaki, the band states that they have decided that their last performance will be the April 29th show at the Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall. They apologize for the sudden announcement. Each member also makes a statement thanking fans for their support. ViViD began activities in April 2009.
