Yoshiki of X Japan was awarded the honor of composing the musical theme for the 2012 Golden Globe® Awards program. The announcement came today from Hollywood Foreign Press Association president, Dr. Aida Takla-O'Reilly, and dick clark productions executive, Barry Adelman. This 2012 awards program, the show's 69th, will air Sunday, January 15. The main telecast begins live at 5:00-8:00 PST (convert time here) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
