K, formerly guitarist for BORN, has announced that he is staying with PS Company and launching his own solo career. He will hold his first oneman live at Shinjuku ReNY on August 19th, where he'll release a live-venue-limited CD titled "Rebirth." PS Company has opened a new OHP for the artist, and there is already a teaser trailer on YouTube.
