Resistar Records has posted an announcement update regarding the condition of BugLug vocalist Issei, who suffered a severe head trauma from a fall on May 7. Immediately after surgery, the vocalist did not regain consciousness and was therefore unable to speak. He remained there in intensive care until his serious condition improved, and they moved him to a general ward. Staff was allowed to meet with him on May 20, and they report that he was able to speak a little, bit by bit.
As a result, they have decided that it is best to pause activity in order to allow Issei to recover and to assess his condition. The staff will keep fans apprised of the vocalist's condition as they know more. They ask for continued understanding and support.
