Minerva Announces Disbandment

Minerva has announced plans to disband after their September 27 live at Ikebukuro EDGE. The band thanks fans for supporting them through the last two years of activity, but they do not state a specific reason for the dissolution. Minerva Member Announcement

Minerva made an announcement today via their blogs that drummer Lukia would be taking an activity pause to manage a recently diagnosed severe depressive disorder. The band announced that a support drummer would be stepping in for the band's upcoming April 9th show at Ikebukuro EDGE so that Lukia could focus on recovering. They apologize for the inconvenience, but hope that fans can appreciate the decision.

Minerva Guitar Demonstration on YouTube

Minerva has uploaded a new video to their official YouTube channel. The new video features guitarist Yoshiki demonstrating the guitar part for the band's song "For dear~Doukoku no Aria." That song can be found on the band's first mini album "HEAVENS," released February 16.

Minerva New Video on YouTube

Minerva have posted a new video to their official YouTube channel. The new 5:20 minute video features a complete audio track and lyric for the band's song "Yokubou no Shin'en." The band has announced that they will release their first mini album on February 16, 2015 at Takadanobaba AREA.

Minerva New Live Footage on YouTube

Minerva has uploaded some new live show video footage to their official YouTube channel. The new video shows more than seven minutes of live show footage in digest format from a July 3rd performance. The band just released their second single, "Regeneration," on May 4.
