RAVE Contract News & Mini Album

RAVE has announced on their site that they have terminated their contract with PS Company, effective March 31, 2018. The company thanks fans for supporting the band during their time with PSC. In addition, they announce that the band will release a new mini album on May 30 titled "Menbure-san Toorimasu.," and that further inquiries on that should be directed to 24 RECORDS. Track details for the new release are currently available on the band's PSC OHP.

RAVE Guitarist Passes Away

PS Company issued an official statement on RAVE's OHP that guitarist Mikuru passed away at 4:51 A.M. on October 26, 2016. The musician had been diagnosed with an undisclosed illness, and the band entered a hiatus period in August to allow him time to seek treatment and recover. The illness required long-term treatment, but it was always Mikuru's intention to return to band activities. The company and band thank fans for the support they showed to the guitarist. They also state that his relatives were able to attend his wake and funeral.

There will be a farewell meeting and celebration of Mikuru's life for fans in Fukuoka and Tokyo on November 14. Rave members will not be in attendance, but fans are encouraged to bring flowers. Details for those meetings are available on RAVE's OHP.

RAVE members ask fans for continued encouragement during this time, and they promise that they will continue activities full force in memory of Mikuru.

RAVE have announced that they will be releasing a new single on November 30. The new single will be titled "UKIYO," and it will be released in three types. Track details are available on the band's OHP. In addition, the band announced that they will be releasing their first full album on March 22, 2017. No detail are available yet for the album.

ZEAL LINK Special Airs on Nico Nico

A special pre-live show for the "ZEAL LINK TOUR NEXT" event will air on the Nico Nico website on August 28. The show begins at 21:00 JST (Convert time here) and will feature members of Anfiel, Gallo, Zin, DAMY, and Rave. Time shifting is available for registered members who can't watch as the show airs.
