DuelJewel has just announced that they will be disbanding after 19 years. The band's last performance together will be on February 23, 2016 at ZEPP TOKYO. The band apologizes for the sudden announcement, explaining that vocalist Hayato's poor throat condition is the main reason for the difficult decision. DuelJewel took a brief hiatus in 2011 so that Hayato could seek treatment and rest, but they have concluded that his condition will not improve, and he will not be able to continue activities. They promise to do their best until the end.
