the LOTUS have announced via their OHP that guitarist Rian will be leaving the band after their September 25 live. The announcement cites differences between members as the primary reason for the departure, and that after much discussion, this was the ultimate decision. They understand that this announcement is disappointing to everyone, including themselves. the LOTUS will continue activities in the future with the remaining four members.

Editor's Note: I just noticed that Rian posted on Twitter that he's sorry to make the fans who cheered for him sad, but he chose to withdraw from the band. He promised to write a blog about it soon. Stay tuned.
